What makes our online course stand out from others?
We allow our online students the ability to sit in and monitor classroom sessions if desired. If you are having difficulty with a particular section or sections, simply let us know. We will let you know when we are covering that topic in our classroom. Basic Program students can monitor in class while Enhanced and Ultimate students may monitor in class or via live streaming.
$899 (Bring a Friend Tuition Special - 2 students)
This package is designed for students that are fully committed to achieving a successful career in real estate and want to ensure they receive superior assistance towards their goal. As in our Basic Program, you receive the 60-credit hour course required by the State of Virginia to obtain your real estate license and the knowledge to pass the Virginia Real Estate Licensing Exam. You can choose from a traditional classroom setting, a self-paced online course or our Live Stream Classroom Format where, with two-way streaming, you can be a part of our live classroom from anywhere there is an internet connection (more information). The Ultimate Package does not stop there. Features include:
Video Recordings of Past Classroom Sessions
We pride ourselves on teaching the fine points of real estate. What sets us apart from other real estate schools are the details we deliver in the classroom. However, in a classroom setting there are things we can only cover once or twice before moving on. The ability to review video recordings of past classes through our Virtual Classroom for one year is an excellent study tool for classroom students as well as online students and will aid students in passing the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam on the first try. As an extra bonus, receive your exam-prep link upon course registration and have the ability to watch a few of our classroom recordings ahead of time in order to be EXTRA prepared once your course begins. Please note: Viewing class recordings does not count toward 60 hour education requirement.
Online Practice Tests
Access online practice tests through our Virtual Classroom and check your answers as you go. Review includes: National content, Virginia Law & Real Estate Math!
One-day Live Classroom Exam Cram Workshop
After completing the 60-hour course, this session includes approximately five hours of non-stop, fun-filled learning. The highlights of the day will be: Review of key areas for the National and State exams, Q & A with the instructor; learning from questions you and other students have, and a real estate math review. This session is held one Saturday of every month and is a powerful tool for ensuring you are as prepared as possible when taking the Virginia Real Estate Exam. ($100 value) -- Please RSVP for your session here.
